Pink Dragons.jpg

We are a team of dynamic Breast Cancer survivors with a zest for life! We participate in the sport of dragon boat racing – an inclusive sport that’s suitable for anyone, regardless of age or athletic ability. We paddle to support each other, to stay strong and to have heaps of fun doing it.

Boobops is a Breast Cancer Survivor Dragon Boat club paddling out of Sulphur Point in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. Boobops is a sisterhood on and off water that competes at home and internationally.

Busting With Life.jpg

The Busting With Life Dragon Boat team was established in 1998 to provide hope and inspiration to those with breast cancer, and to make a difference - through heightening awareness of breast cancer, and through encouraging active living following a diagnosis and treatment of the disease.

We are an enthusiastic group of breast cancer survivors and supporters who thrive on the positive outcome that being involved in a dragon boating team provides.  As well as gaining support within the team, we hope to show that there is a positive outcome from such a challenging journey.
